Craving some good ol’ fashioned authentic Malaysian food? Even the setup is so genuinely Malaysian. Try these guys in New Lynn. One of my favourites when the craving hits. Chee Cheong Fan is my go to here… but over the years we have had so many other dishes and never been disappointed! Thank you for the lovely food and warm hospitality! Good food and good service. We ordered the sambal petai with prawns on rice, beef rendang on rice, Ning yong, yong tau foo, fish head noodle soup, pan mee and char kuey tiao. All were delicious and met our expectations. Char kuey tiao wad exceptionally good. Had to order a 2nd plate. The kids enjoyed the food with no complaints too. Everyone left with happy bellies.

Very authentic Malaysian food. In typical Malaysian style decor is minimal although spotlessly clean. You come here for the food and these "Round Eyes" felt like we were traveling in SE Asia again. Owners are very friendly (again typical of the region) and service was attentive without being obtrusive. Menu is concise but covers lots of favourites. This food is made to be shared around the table, take a group and enjoy the variety of tastes

Serving size is small, the container is half empty like I ordered a gold card meal for seniors, mee goreng and char Kuey teow was good but too small, wantan noodle soup was not nice I ordered based on another review… maybe the dine in experience or instore is different but was disappointed after reading the reviews.
